Conditions for Return
Refund Eligibility:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact. Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Return Shipping:
Customers initially cover return shipping costs. If your return is approved, shipping charges will be refunded. Please use a trackable and secure method, as Design Paradise is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the decision. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items:

Worn, stained, altered, or damaged items (due to customer use)
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no extra cost.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

Please make sure to return the product in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
Refunds will be processed for the item's purchase price only, excluding shipping and handling fees. Original shipping charges will be refunded only if the item was received damaged.
